FamilyGamification helps households manage chores, rewards, and newborn care logs. This policy explains what we store, why, and your choices.
Account and family data
When you register, we store your username, email address, password (hashed), language preference, avatar, points, and family membership. Family admins can manage members, tasks, rewards, and settings for their household. We use this data to run the app and keep your family in sync across devices.
Newborn care logs
If your household uses newborn features, feeding, sleep, diaper, growth, and note entries you log are stored for your family. This information is sensitive health-related data entered by you — it is not shared publicly and is only visible to members of your family account.
Third-party services
You may sign in with Google or connect Google Calendar / Google Home. Those services receive only the information needed for authentication or the integration you enable. Their use is governed by Google's policies. We do not sell your personal data.
Export and deletion
Family admins can download a JSON export of family data from Settings. Any member can open Settings → Manage deletion & export to download a personal data export and schedule account deletion. Deletion is soft for 90 days (restorable from Login or by a platform operator), then permanently purged. If you are the only admin while other members remain, you must promote another admin before scheduling deletion.
